Warranty policy
Limited Labor Warranty:
Quality Car & Truck Repair, Inc will warranty it’s workmanship for 12 Months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This limited warranty specifically excludes: commercially operated vehicles, front end alignments, electrical wiring and shorts, and fuel system – when caused by contamination. Our policy is based on the observation that poor workmanship will be evident long before the end of the warranty period. The above labor warranty is the sole warranty provided by Quality Car & Truck Repair, Inc, in connection with vehicle repairs performed by it. The warranty period begins upon receipt of the vehicle by the customer following repair. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS ARE EXCLUDED. Quality Car & Truck Repair, Inc will not be responsible for any incidental and/or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, loss of income, damage to vehicle, any towing expenses.
Not responsible for misdiagnosis if repairs are performed elsewhere. This facility must be contacted prior to the start of any repairs performed at another facility in the case of a presumed warranty. Warranty is void if any of the following are evident: accident, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs and/or adjustments. Warranty is limited to replacements and repairs in our shop, and does not include repairs contracted elsewhere. Repairs authorized by the customer in a presumed warranty situation become the sole responsibility of the customer unless warranty repairs are acknowledged and authorized by this facility in advance.
Limited Parts Warranty:
Parts installed will be warranted by the respective manufacturer for a period of 12 months 0r 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, against defects. The manufacturers warranty is the sole warranty provided to the customer covering replacement parts. This warranty is void if any of the following are evident: accident, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs and/or adjustments. Warranty is limited to replacements and repairs in our shop, and does not include repairs contracted elsewhere unless warranty repairs are acknowledged and authorized by this facility in advance.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANABILITY OR FITNESS BY Quality Car & Truck Repair, Inc WITH RESPECT TO REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE EXCLUDED.
