Quick Oil Changes

Every one knows the importance of oil changes. But, few like to take time to do it. That's why we have made oil change services quicker and easier for you. Call ahead to schedule an appointment and we'll get you in and out of the shop as soon as possible. Usually in about a half hour.

Same Day Service on Most Services

We know you depend on your car. Having it in the shop is usually inconvenient for most of us. That is why we work very hard to make sure we get your vehicle's service is completed the same day. Obviously, there are occasions we cannot do this because of parts or the length of time needed. However, we complete the majority of repairs and maintenance jobs the same day.

Loaner Cars

On those occasions when we need your car overnight or for more than a day, we have loaner cars available. Talk to your Service Advisor for complete details and arrange for a loaner car. Remember though, we strive to complete repairs on the same day.

Shuttle Service

No need to arrange a ride when we'll take care of it for you - at no charge. Just bring in your vehicle for your appointment, and we'll drive you back home or to the office. Once your vehicle is ready, we'll drive out to pick you up and bring you back to the shop to pick up your vehicle. Now, that's easy.

Night Drop Off

Can't make it during our normal business hours? We've got a solution to help. Our night drop off center. Bring your car, park it in one of our designated parking spaces and come inside our Night Drop Off Center. Here you will find the forms you need in a comfortable area with a desk. Fill out the form, and leave it with your keys in our secure drop box and we'll take care of it first thing when we arrive.

Clean, Comfortable Waiting Room

Many of our services can just take a short while and you are welcome to wait in our comfortable customer lounge. We have toys and books for the kids, TV, hot coffee and refreshments. Sit back and enjoy while you wait for your car to be completed.

Free Wi-Fi

We have free Wi-Fi while you wait. So, just bring your laptop, grab a cup of coffee and you can get some work done while you wait for your car to be serviced.

Financing

We offer Six-Month no interest financing. Additionally, we accept all major credit cards, personal and company checks, and cash.

You may be wondering why this is so important. Here's why. To become a AAA Approved Auto Repair shop, they must thoroughly inspect and check out our company. The AAA sends out staff to make sure we have the equipment and the facility that can handle the proper care of them members' needs. The also want to make sure our facility is clean, organized and well maintained.

Then, they check our qualifications. They want to make sure our staff has the credentials and the experience needed. Additionally, and this is a big one, they survey our actual customers to find out how well we care for them. We are the only shop in Big Rapids that is AAA approved. We always have a 95%+ rating and currently we have a 97.5% rating!
