Great work in timely manner!!

I have been going to Quality Car and Truck Repair for 4 years for regular and unexpected maintenance. I have been very satisfied with the service and the prices. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have used this company for many years. Never any concerns other than top quality service. I wouldn't trust my ambulances or crew safety with anyone but these folks.

I had used this establishment to work on the air conditioner in my ‘06 Dakota a few years ago. I needed more service this past week related to an exhaust manifold. Other pressing needs were indicated by the mechanic which did not surprise me. Jake at the front desk was very professional on the phone and in person. Since he did not know me well enough, he asked if they had permission to work on the other necessary items. Some I declined, however, I knew the others needed to be addressed. I highly recommend this business and it’s personnel for truck or auto work. Thank you for servicing my vehicle.

My son just started school at Ferris. We needed his car looked at and repaired. I have never received such a thorough inspection of a car like this. Jake was very detailed and explained everything so I understood. His detail made me feel comfortable, being hours away, that he would make the car safe again. Work was done slightly under estimate and earlier than expected. My son know exactly where he is going for routine maintenance. Thank you for easing this mothers mind!

We were traveling in our RV when a noise and vibration began. We found Quality and stopped to see if they could help. They took us right in and had us back on the road a few hours later. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We’re very grateful for their help. Sure would be nice if all repair shops were as awesome as Quality Car & Truck Repair!

We were on a long road trip, and traveling that day from Frankfort, MI to Ontario. We had a flat tire sound of Cadillac. AAA sent us to Quality. We arrived just before 4 after a long wait for a tow from another company. We were worried about getting where we needed to be that night. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and kind. Our tire had to be replaced, and Quality found an appropriate tire from another business and had us on our way in just over an hour. We are very grateful for the service we got.

I want to thank Jake and Rob for taking time to help me on June 30. I was traveling north for vacation when I blew a tire on my trailer that affected the oil bearing on the axel. I stopped by and they spent time searching for a cap to put on to allow me to continue north. They stayed late just to help me even though it was a holiday weekend. You guys were AWESOME!! Thanks so much for all the help

Amazing staff, Lisa and Jake are both very knowledgeable professionals. This time I just had tires installed from the Tire Rack website and the work was phenomenal. The tech was so thorough he even wrote up a specific list of items that need attention, right down to one of my license plate bulbs being defective!!! 5 stars all around for everyone on staff.

Great folks to trust your vehicle with. Fast and honest service with a great warranty as well. I will refer all my friends and family to come here as my experience was top notch!
