When we had a leaking radiator on our Motorcoach, Spartan Motors recommended we have it checked out at Quality Car and Truck Repair, a Spartan Service Center. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement and had us back on the road well within a reasonable period of time. Jacob, our Service Advisor and Dan, the heavy equipment technician were very knowledgeable and Dan did the change out in record time thus saving us money. Many, many thanks to owner Don, and Service Advisor Jacob and team who went out of their way to take care of me when my RV broke down in Michigan due to a serpentine belt that frayed and broke unexpectedly. They fit me in right away for a diagnostic, made sure I was okay and comfortable, and plugged my RV in behind their garage so that I didn’t have to pay for a hotel room while I waited for the parts to come in overnight AND they got me on my way quickly the next day. Our motor home broke down (a chassis problem) on our way back to Indiana from Traverse City. Luckily we were near Quality Car & Truck Repair at the time. They informed us right up front that they would be happy to fix it but their chassis guy was on vacation for the next week. They called within two days of his return to work and informed us the motor home was repaired. It took us a couple of days to get up there to pick it up due to work schedules and they were very understanding of that. Every employee we encountered was very nice and the repair cost was very reasonable!
