First time customer and my experience was informative and pleasant. I was impressed by their patience. I typically ask a lot of questions and I left with a "cared for" feeling. I will not hesitate to refer friends and servicing our other vehicles when needed.

I am happy that your shop was able to diagnose the problem with my car and that it was repaired properly/well. Your staff is very courteous. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because repairs took longer than I had hoped for. I realize that it was the holiday season and one of your staff members apologized stating that the reason for the delay had to do with repairing ambulances -- which at the end of the day, is far more important than private car repairs.

The coffee was great and greatly appreciated. The vehicle was done before they said it would be!
