I have not had any auto service done at Quality Car & Truck in Big Rapids, because I live in Apex, NC; however, I did buy a car that was serviced for a number of years by Quality Car & Truck. When I contacted Don & asked if I could have a copy of the service history, he went out of his way to send me copies of the work orders along with the mileage & service dates (no previous owner info was included, but I didn't need or expect that). As the vehicle is a rare model I am restoring & parts & service are not always easy to obtain the work history is very valuable to me. If I lived in Big Rapids or near by I would take my vehicles to Quality Car & Truck. Don Walcheski is a real gentleman.
