Major under carriage work on my RV. TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT. Toured half the country, through the western mountains, RV was better than ever in handling and power. One of the few repair shops where I had no reason to complain. I will use their services whenever I need work on any of my vehicles.

I Was treated like family Yet they are so professional and efficient. Best place in town to get any and all auto needs quoted and completed.

Our youth group was traveling back home to Illinois from doing a sledding trip to the family farm in the Tustin area when our Traverse started having major trouble. we called the car dealership first and explained our situation. they were beyond rude saying they couldn't even look at it till the next day and only gave a list of possible problems. we asked if there was anyone else who could help out. the response was not another dealership. we called Quality Car Care in Big Rapids. we again explained our situation. they told us to come in immediately. we were greeted warmly and with concern. they were patient while kids got stuff out to do while waiting. within 30 minutes the car was being looked at. within an hour we were told it was the water pump. the part wasn't able to get there for that day but would be fixed first thing in the morning. they offered to get us all back to the Tustin area for the night! by 9 am the next morning the car was fixed! THANK YOU SO MUCH for not only fixing the Traverse but also caring about us!!!!
